Some small changes 12/17/2011

I have changed the respawn timer on the task master and the other 3 mobs in SSRA that spawn the cursed to a 3 hour respawn timer. I did this to give you guys enough time to kill all the cursed. After you kill the last cursed there is a 1 hour lock out on them. So if all goes perfect you can do the event every 4 hours.
