Reboot on the morning of 11-26-2011

I will be rebooting the server tommrow morning for the following changes.
-EXP loss will be back after level 60.
-the EXP loss is not alot but enough you will need to rez yourself.
-NPC out of combat regen will be boosted by alot to prevent peeps from taking advanage of bots and the old no xp loss rules. The server needs to be a challenge not to easy.
-Level 61 to 65 spells will be done the old fashion way. The items needed for that quest drop alot more than the live rates do. ( this is already live for the server.)

Server was rebooted and all new changes are in the game. I also changed the Home button to a 20 minute timer incase you get stuck and a GM is not around.
