Changes for 7-11-11 Empty Changes for 7-11-11

-Should see a huge diffrence in bot mana regen.
-Now after 30 seconds you get a HP and Mana Regen boost, Kinda like drinking and eating for WoW. You have to be sitting 30 seconds out of combat to recieve this the boost.
-Should see a diffrence in player mana and hp regen, I hae us on the new client versions now.

This should help out alot, See I do try to take care of you all. LoL
