Update Info for 7/18/10

Thanks for your patience during today's downtime.

We rolled back to rev 1410 and the good news is Veeshan's Peak and Great Divide are working again. We'll not be updating emu revisions again until we can isolate what caused the zone spawn issue in the first place (we tried rev 1580, 1596 and 1610 with similar results).

That all being said, we can now proceed with the fixes and nifty custom content we've been working on.
